If you are a New Patient, your FIRST STEP is to enroll through eVISIT, complete your medical history on your account and schedule your telehealth consultation. Following your consultation, place your order and we will do the rest.

Regulations require you to receive a consultation with a Licensed Medical Professional in order to receive any RX- Vitamin Injections. Instructions to complete your eVISIT enrollment is listed below

eVisit Patient Enrollment Process





Create your eVisit account today and do your next appointment online!



Here’s how to get started on a desktop or laptop:



  1. Download and utilize either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to receive treatment via eVisit.
  2. Go to the web address: https://app.evisit.com/ng/#/enroll/completedietsolutions
  3. Create an account with your preferred email address and password.
  4. Fill out your personal information along with any other required information it prompts, including your payment method.
  5. Click the "Schedule Visit" button to schedule your consultation.  
  6. At the time of your scheduled appointment login and click the “Join Now” button, when it becomes available, to connect with Dr. Greig.
  7. Enter the necessary visit information, check the box to agree and click the “Start Visit” button.
  8. See and chat with your provider through a 100% HIPAA compliant video to receive quick and easy treatment.
  9. Your payment for the prescribed product will be completed at the conclusion of your visit and an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
  10. Once your order Ships, (typically within 24-48 hours M-F) the tracking information will be emailed to you as well.

  3. Fill out your personal information along with any other required information it prompts, including your payment method.
  4. Click the "Schedule Visit" button to schedule your consultation.  
  5. Before/After scheduling a consultation, a popup box will appear for you to download the eVisit app.  Click the button to go to your device's app Store and download the "eVisit Telehealth" app.   (Google Play Store or Apple Store available)
  6. Open the app and Log-in using the account credentials you created before on eVisit. (Your Log-in will connect you to Complete Diet Solutions office, so you can see your patient portal and schedule visits with the physician.)
  7. At the time of your scheduled appointment, open the app and you'll see a "Join Now" button at the bottom of your screen.
  8. Click "Join Now" to be connected to Dr. Greig through a 100% HIPPA compliant video chat to receive quick and easy treatment.
  9. Your payment for the prescribed product will be completed at the conclusion of your visit and an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
  10. Once your order ships, (typically within 24-48 hours M-F) the tracking information will be emailed to you as well.

What conditions can the doctor treat via the eVisit app?

Using the eVisit app you can get treatment for weight management, adrenal fatigue and stress management. Please visit your primary care giver to treat other conditions.



How can the doctor treat me without a physical exam?

The doctor actually doesn’t need to do a physical exam to diagnose and treat many conditions. That’s because knowing your medical history is considered “90% of the evaluation” when combined with the doctor-patient interaction. How you’re feeling can be just as important to the doctor as the results of a physical exam. Plus, being able to see you and view any picture uploads via eVisit gives the doctor the additional visual information needed to make a diagnosis.



What conditions cannot be treated via eVisit?

If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately. eVisit shouldn’t be used for emergency care nor illnesses outside of our designated services.



 Is my medical information secure?

Yes. The eVisit app is 100% HIPAA compliant, so any personal health information you provide is completely safe and secure.



 Do I need any special equipment to use the eVisit app?

You do need a few basics: a computer or compatible mobile device (tablet or smartphone), a webcam, and a microphone. If your computer or mobile device already has an integrated camera and microphone, you shouldn’t need any extra equipment to get started.



I'm not very tech-savvy. Is eVisit still for me?

Yes! We designed the eVisit app to be very user-friendly. Imagine Skype, but with a few more bells and whistles to give you and your doctor everything you need to have a successful visit.



How will I be billed for an eVisit?

Our eVisit appointments are a requirement for purchasing our products, therefore we are not currently applying a seperate charge.  Payment for your purchase will be charge through our secure (SSL certified) online payment processor through eVisit upon completion of your consultation.
