Shipping and Handling Policy



PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

Complete Diet Solutions is managed by its parent company, CC Medical Consulting.  Remember we are real people, treating real patients.  We are not your normal internet business.  We operate Monday through Friday 9am  to 5pm Eastern time.  We do not work holidays or weekends, therefore after-hours assistance is limited.   



ORDERING PROCESS



Once you place an order, it must complete processing before being shipped to your address. Our injections are compounded by a licensed compound pharmacy who are sterile compound experts operating a 100% compliant facility to include-- PCBA accredited and licensed in all states (except two) within the United States. 



Completion of order processing will require all first time patient's at the time of their initial order to complete a 1.) Register with Complete Diet Solutions eVisit platform and complete all Medical Intake forms and acknowledge all treatment consent forms and 2.) Schedule your eVisit Consultation with our staff physician prior to medication being authorized for dispensing  and then shipping.  3.)  Payment for product is processed through a secure payment platform within eVisit at the conclusion of your consultation.  An order confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you. Products will not be shipped until steps 1 -3 are complete on all orders.  Refills require an evisit follow up consultation as well. Once your order has been shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number.   Completion of your payment for order confirms your agreement to allow a third party to ship; communicate and have access to your shipping address and email address for the purpose of communication of shipment. i.e .tracking and exceptions to shipping services.



All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Please note Complete Diet Solutions will not be held liable for packages requested to be delivered without signature or for packages left unattended.  Changes to shipping address once in process will incur a $10.00 intercept fee.



Complete Diet Solutions and or the Pharmacy staff has the option to hold orders placed on Friday for shipment until the following Monday to ensure product quality in an effort to reduce temperature various and maintain product stability.   Most Orders will routinely be shipped within 48 hours of purchase, first time order will ship following the initial consultation with physician.  We do not ship internationally. Inclement weather and certain holidays may delay shipping, Complete Diet Solutions and CC Medical Consulting cannot prevent these delays and cannot accept liability. You will receive a tracking number directly from automatic shipping notification system when your order is processed by the pharmacy or our shipping department, please check your email (including spam folder).



NON-REFUNDABLE: Our products are for human consumption and are not refundable under any circumstance. If your product is damaged during delivery please contact us immediately in writing via  admin@completedietsolutions.org, do not  throw anything away.



EXCHANGES: If you receive an incorrect item in you shipment, please contact us at 1-877-344-4547and a representative will assist you.  Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.

Accessing our services can be done from where ever you are.  As a New Patient, your first step is to register for a free eVisit account and schedule your TeleHealth consultation.  Your eVisit account will allow you to communicate with the physician through a secure video chat platform and email questions or concerns through your patient portal as needed.  Following your consultation, place your order and we will do the rest.  You can expect to receive email confirmations for both your order/purchase and shipping details.
